Culturally Responsive Therapist in Ontario

The Care That Makes Seneka Stand Out

Every woman deserves a space where she feels genuinely heard, respected, and supported — not squeezed into someone else's idea of who she should be.

That belief sits at the centre of everything Seneka does. Her approach is compassionate, collaborative, and culturally responsive, built on the understanding that your background, your identity, and your story all belong in the room. As both a Registered Psychotherapist and a Registered Nurse, she brings a rare dual lens to care — one that sees the whole person, mind and body.

Seneka holds special interest in women's mental health, maternal and postpartum wellbeing, menopause and midlife, trauma, and life transitions. She also does something few therapists do: she supports women athletes with the challenges that live beyond the sport — identity, pressure, and the person underneath the performance. Wherever you're starting from, the work is the same at its heart: healing, resilience, and meaningful personal growth.

What Your Sessions With Seneka Will Feel Like

"I strive to create a safe environment where you can openly share your experiences, explore challenges, and build practical tools for lasting change. Therapy is a collaborative process, and we'll move at a pace that feels right for you."

You lead. Seneka walks beside you.
