Community Engagement & Perinatal Mental Health Education

Supporting mental health beyond the therapy room.

At MARSHA Care, we believe education, conversation, and community are powerful parts of healing. Through podcasts, speaking engagements, workshops, and collaborations, we help create more accessible conversations around mental health, motherhood, relationships, trauma, and emotional well-being.

Our work and impact in the community have also been recognized in this recent feature, highlighting our commitment to creating meaningful change and support for those who need it most.

Our goal is simple: help more people feel informed, connected, and supported.

Nervous Systers: The Podcast

Real talk, real tools, for real busy women.

We're working moms, entrepreneurs, therapists, and health pros — navigating business, motherhood, and (sometimes) ADHD.

Hosted by Amber Sperling and Victoria Gray, Nervous Systers is an honest, warm, occasionally very funny conversation about the things that actually fill your days: wellness, mindset, parenting, and career. No performing. No pretending it's all under control.

If you're growth-minded, a little overwhelmed, and craving simplicity with a side of humour, you're in the right place.

What we talk about:

  • The mental load and invisible emotional labour women carry

  • ADHD in women, including late diagnosis and identity shifts

  • Birth trauma, sleep deprivation, and the honest realities of new motherhood

  • Nervous system regulation and everyday overwhelm

  • Body image, hormones, and midlife transitions

  • Building a business and a life without burning out

New episodes drop regularly, and each one is a reminder that whatever you're carrying, you're not carrying it alone.

Want to Be a Guest on Nervous Systers Podcast?

We love featuring thoughtful voices — therapists, health professionals, entrepreneurs, educators, and women with a story to tell.

If you have expertise or lived experience that would resonate with busy women navigating work, motherhood, and well-being, we'd love to hear from you.
