Victoria Gray
MSW, RSW, PMH-C
ADHD & Perinatal Therapist for Moms in Ontario
Hi, my name is Victoria. I love witnessing the other side of healing — where clients walk away with a sense of understanding, calm, and completion.
The Care That Makes Victoria Stand Out
Victoria Gray meets you exactly where you are — always in service of your own goals, never a formula she's imposing from the outside.
Her clinical foundation runs deep: advanced training in EMDR, Polyvagal Theory, and somatic modalities, alongside specialized training and lived experience in both ADHD and perinatal mental health. As a mother of four, each at a different age and stage, she brings a depth of lived understanding into the room that clinical training alone can't teach. Her background spans hospitals, healthcare teams, and private practice, giving her a wide lens on how people actually heal — across different settings and seasons of life.
Victoria helps clients untangle stuck wounds and move toward the unblending and integration that real healing brings. Her sessions are warm, attuned, and evidence-based, grounded in a trauma-informed understanding of the deep, often-forgotten connection between brain and body. She helps you find language for feelings that once felt wordless — bridging thought and body sensation so healing can happen on every level.
What Your Sessions With Victoria Will Feel Like
Every session is shaped around you. Some days that means bringing movement into the work. Other days, it means dropping the agenda entirely and surrendering to whatever needs to be released. And some days, you simply sit together in that safe-yet-uncomfortable space of moving through the pain to find what's waiting on the other side.
This is what attuned care looks like in practice: not a fixed formula, but a responsive presence that flexes to meet whatever you bring. Whether the work is somatic, EMDR-informed, or simply about slowing down enough to feel what's underneath, the space stays steady — safe, attuned, and entirely client-centred.
You won't be rushed toward healing. You'll be met in it.
Does This Sound Like What You're Going Through?
Maybe you're holding it all together on the outside, while everything underneath feels tangled, overwhelmed, or stuck. Maybe you're a working mom running a household, a career, and a family — all while your brain quietly struggles with things no one else seems to notice. Maybe you spent years wondering why certain things feel so much harder for you than they seem to for everyone else, only to discover later in life that ADHD was the missing piece all along.
Maybe you're navigating the fog of new motherhood, the weight of a birth story that still lives in your body, or a nervous system that never quite feels at ease. Maybe modern mothering itself feels like too much — the noise, the notifications, the never-ending mental load, the constant stimulation that never lets your nervous system rest.
Maybe you've tried talk therapy before, and it helped — to a point. But something in you knows the answer isn't only in your thoughts. It's in your body, too.
If any of this feels familiar: you're not broken, and you're not alone. This is exactly the kind of stuck place where your work with Victoria can begin.
Victoria Might Be the Support You've Been Looking For
If you're tired of explaining yourself, translating your experience, or minimizing what you carry just to be understood — Victoria offers something different. She brings clinical expertise and lived experience together, so you're not getting a therapist who's only read about ADHD, perinatal mental health, or nervous system dysregulation. You're getting someone who understands it from the inside, too.
That includes the parts of the perinatal journey that so often go unspoken — birth trauma, postpartum anxiety, the grief that can live alongside new life, and the losses that don't always get acknowledged out loud. Victoria holds space for all of it, without rushing you past what still needs to be felt.
For clients who welcome it, faith can be part of the healing process, too. Victoria integrates a Christian lens for those who want their spiritual life woven into the work — and never imposes it on those who don't.
Working with Victoria means your goals lead, your body and your story are both taken seriously, and healing is never rushed, forced, or one-size-fits-all. Whether you're untangling the weight of early motherhood, learning to work with an ADHD brain instead of against it, or simply longing for a nervous system that finally feels safe enough to settle — Victoria meets you there.
You don't have to keep holding it together alone. This can be the place where you finally get to put some of it down.

A Note From Victoria
I didn't become a therapist because healing was easy for me. I became one because it wasn't.
I know what it's like to be doing everything "right" and still feel like you're quietly falling apart inside. I know the exhaustion of mothering four kids at different ages and stages, the weight of a nervous system that never quite settles, and the particular overwhelm of an ADHD brain trying to function in a world that wasn't built for it — especially as a working mom. I found out later in life that ADHD was the missing piece to so much of my own story, and that discovery changed how I understand myself, my clients, and this work entirely.
I also know the sacred, complicated terrain of the perinatal season — the joy that can sit right alongside grief, trauma, and loss, often all at once, often unspoken.
This work is personal to me. Not because I've figured it all out, but because I haven't — and I've learned that healing doesn't require having it all figured out either. It just requires a safe place to start.
If you're looking for a therapist who will meet you exactly where you are, with clinical skill and real understanding, I'd be honoured to be that person for you.
In kindness,
Victoria
