Alison Gregory
MSW Intern (Qualifying), MA
Therapist for Women's Life Transitions in Ontario
The Care That Makes Alison Stand Out
Some women arrive in therapy at a crossroads they never saw coming. A new baby. A career that no longer fits. A version of themselves they can't quite find anymore.
Alison Gregory is a therapist who meets women right there — in the messy, tender middle of life's transitions across Ontario. Motherhood. Identity shifts. Career changes. Grief, trauma, and loss. She understands that a mother's well-being isn't a luxury; it's the foundation the whole family stands on. And she knows that no woman is only one thing — you can be a mother, a professional, and a person still figuring it out, all at once.
That understanding isn't theoretical. As a professional working mother herself, Alison lives at the same intersection of motherhood and career that so many of her clients are navigating. It's the heart of what makes her care different.
She's just as passionate about the next generation. Alison loves working with young women and girls carrying anxiety and emotional overwhelm — helping them build self-awareness, grow their resilience, and shape lives that actually reflect who they are and what matters most to them.
What Your Sessions With Alison Will Feel Like
Warm. Collaborative. Curious.
Sessions with Alison are part guided introspection, part emotional unburdening — with a little skill-building, a little mindfulness, and yes, a little humour woven through.
Because support isn't one-size-fits-all, neither is she. Need a therapist who brings tools, homework, and accountability? She's got you. Need a calm, steady ear that simply listens? That too. Ready for trauma-informed EMDR? She's right there with you.
You set the pace. Alison meets you in it.
Does This Sound Like What You're Going Through?
You're not alone. Life right now can feel heavy — and new motherhood especially so.
If you've been holding it all together for everyone but yourself, Alison might be the support you've been looking for.

A Note From Alison
Welcome! I'm so glad you're here.
As a wife and mother, I understand the joys, the challenges, and the constant balancing act that life can bring. Between family, work, hobbies, and the sliver of time we manage to keep for ourselves, every woman deserves a champion in her corner — someone who believes in her capacity to grow and heal.
My path to becoming a therapist was more than 20 years in the making. Across two decades in public service, I kept being pulled toward the human side of every issue — the stories, the relationships, the real lives behind the policies. That's what led me to social work, and to you.
Whether you're navigating anxiety, a life transition, trauma, parenting, or simply the weight of feeling overwhelmed, my goal is the same: a safe, non-judgmental space where you can explore what you're carrying, build on your strengths, and move toward meaningful change.
It would be a privilege to walk part of this journey with you.
