Reclaiming Your Boundaries

Maybe you're the one everyone relies on. The capable, dependable one who keeps things running at work, at home, and in your relationships. But lately, you might be feeling more tired, more irritable, or even a little resentful… and wondering why.

Often, this is what anxiety can look like when it's been building for a long time. Holding everything together, staying “on,” and pushing your own needs aside.

If that resonates, you're not alone. And you don't have to figure it out by yourself.

That's why we're offering an 6-week group: Reclaiming Your Boundaries Together, we'll focus on practical ways to:

  • better understand how anxiety shows up in your body and daily life

  • feel less overwhelmed and more grounded

  • set and maintain boundaries without guilt

  • build capacity so you're not constantly running on empty

It's a supportive space to reconnect with yourself alongside others who truly get it.
