The Circles of Support Parenting (COSP) program provides an evidence-based, 8-week program designed to help caregivers understand their child's emotional needs. As certified COSP providers, we will teach parents how to decode challenging behaviours, promote secure attachments, and manage stress in a positive, empathetic way.
